O ato foi realizado em solenidade na Governadoria, em Natal, e contou com a participação das integrantes do Conselho Estadual dos Direitos das Mulheres (CEDIM) e do Comitê Estadual de Enfrentamento da Violência Doméstica e Familiar contra as Mulheres (CEAV).
Os termos de adesão foram assinados pela governadora Fátima Bezerra que, no encontro com os colegiados, falou sobre os esforços do Estado para garantir proteção e dignidade às potiguares. “Queremos um mundo onde as mulheres tenham direito a viver e a sobreviver, que tenham direito a ter direitos, direito a serem felizes. Nesses tempos de retrocesso, de autoritarismo e de obscurantismo que estamos vivendo, nós não podemos nos omitir – agora mais do que nunca. Aqui, hoje, temos à frente do poder executivo uma mulher. Que, assim como vocês, tem toda uma história e trajetória de luta, em defesa da cidadania”, disse a governadora Fátima Bezerra.
Os 16 Dias de Ativismo pelo Fim da Violência contra as Mulheres representam uma campanha internacional que começa hoje, Dia Internacional pela Eliminação da Violência contra as Mulheres, e vai até 10 de dezembro, Dia Internacional dos Direitos Humanos. No Brasil, a mobilização começa antes, em 20 de novembro, Dia da Consciência Negra. No RN, a campanha é coordenada pela Secretaria de Estado das Mulheres, da Juventude, da Igualdade Racial e dos Direitos Humanos (Semjidh).
“Sempre digo que a Semjidh é uma secretaria de articulação, e hoje damos mais uma prova de que é dessa forma, no diálogo, na participação social e na construção coletiva, que se fazem políticas públicas verdadeiramente efetivas. Não temos medido esforços para levar aos quatro cantos do RN o compromisso inegociável deste governo com a defesa dos direitos das mulheres”, destacou a secretária da Semjidh Júlia Arruda.
Além dos 16 Dias de Ativismo, foi assinado também Termo de Adesão do Governo do Estado à Semana Nacional da Justiça Pela Paz em Casa, uma iniciativa do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ), em âmbito estadual conduzida pela Coordenadoria Estadual da Mulher em Situação de Violência Doméstica e Familiar (CE-Mulher) do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte (TJ/RN). “O Poder Judiciário está atento e instruindo os processos com maior celeridade possível, e aqueles que deverão ser punidos, assim o serão”, disse a coordenadora da CE-Mulher, juíza Fátima Soares.
“Termos um Poder Executivo voltado para o interesse dessas pautas, traz para nós um sopro de esperança de que a luta fica mais fácil quando estamos todas juntas”, concluiu a vice-presidente do CEDIM e representante da Associação Brasileira das Mulheres de Carreira Jurídica (ABMCJ), Joana D’Arc Lopes.
Também participaram da solenidade a subsecretária de Políticas para as Mulheres da Semjidh, Wanessa Fialho; a promotora Luciana Andrade D’Assunção; a defensora pública Maria Tereza Gadelha; a presidente da Federação das Mulheres do RN, Rosa Melo; Josiane Bezerra, subsecretária de Trabalho, da Secretaria de Estado do Trabalho, da Habitação e da Assistência Social (Sethas); Teresa Freire, diretora de Políticas Intersetoriais e Promoção à Saúde da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde Pública (Sesap); Luciane Peralta, representando o mandato da deputada Isolda Dantas; Dalvanira Souza, da Secretaria de Estado da Educação e da Cultura (Seec); Silmara Rodrigues, da Federação dos trabalhadores Rurais Agricultores e Agricultoras Familiares (Fetarn); Mônica Costa, da União Brasileira de Mulheres (UBM); Daniele Rocha e Marília, representando a Pastoral da Juventude; Adelma Cabral, do Itep/RN; e Tatiana Pires, conselheira Tutelar da região Leste de Natal.
O deputado federal João Maia esteve nessa quarta-feira, em Brasília, participando de duas importantes reuniões para tratar de recursos e ações para o Rio Grande do Norte. A primeira reunião foi com o presidente da Caixa Econômica Federal, Dr. Pedro Guimarães. “Tratamos de diversos assuntos em que este banco tem atuação no território nacional e, sobretudo, no Estado do Rio Grande do Norte”, disse João Maia.
O deputado também esteve com o Presidente da FUNASA, Miguel Marques, onde declarou que foi uma reunião muito produtiva. “Deliberamos sobre ações para perfuração de poços em diversos municípios do RN e ainda conseguimos recursos para a implantação do sistema de esgotamento sanitário para os municípios de Senador Eloy de Souza, no valor de R$ 1.500.000,00 e o município de Sítio Novo, também no valor de R$ 1.500.000,00”, comemorou João Maia em suas mídias sociais.
A energia solar no Rio Grande do Norte foi pauta, na nesta quarta-feira (24), na reunião entre os diretores da Associação Potiguar de Energias Renováveis – APER, Max Pereira e José Maria Vilar, presidente e vice-presidente, respectivamente, e Secretário de Estado do Desenvolvimento Econômico do RN, Jaime Calado, na sede da SEDEC, Centro Administrativo.
Durante a reunião, os dirigentes da APER fizeram a apresentação de um estudo realizado pela Associação sobre a “Evolução da Energia Solar Distribuída no RN”, compreendendo o período de 2015 a outubro de 2021, contemplando diversos aspectos, como: quantidade de sistemas conectados à rede ano a ano, potência instalada ano a ano, quantidade de municípios do RN que já contam com essa fonte de energia, investimentos estimados ano a ano e a estimativa de empregos permanentes gerados diretamente no RN apenas por essa fonte de energia renovável, de cerca de 3.500 pessoas.
O Secretário mostrou-se muito satisfeito com o crescimento que esse setor vem apresentando no Estado, sendo o 4º maior da região em quantidade e potência instaladas. Se for levada em conta a participação do PIB do RN no PIB do Nordeste essa participação torna-se ainda muito mais expressiva.
Outro fator destacado foi de que o setor é constituído notadamente por empresas de micro, pequeno e médio porte, o que vai ao encontro da política governamental e de instituições parceiras como o SEBRAE/RN e o SENAI, de fortalecer as micro, pequenas e médias empresas espalhadas por todo o Estado.
Ao final do encontro, o secretário parabenizou pela criação da APER e declarou seu interesse em tornar a interlocução entre as duas instituições mais frequente, considerando o interesse comum das suas atividades e a contribuição que apresentam para o desenvolvimento do Rio Grande do Norte.
O ministro das Comunicações, Fábio Faria, estará na próxima segunda-feira (29) em Ceará Mirim RN, para entregar aos municípios do Rio Grande do Norte mais uma etapa dos programas Wi-Fi Brasil, Digitaliza Brasil, Computadores para Escolas e Infovia Potiguar.
Todos os programas garantem internet banda larga gratuita para conectividade em áreas não cobertas e acesso a equipamentos e tecnologia, especialmente para escolas da rede pública.
Em Ceará-Mirim, uma das cidades potiguares contempladas nesta etapa, o Ministério das Comunicações implanta o Programa WI-FI Brasil nas Unidades Básicas de Saúde de Coqueiros (Quilombola), Aningas, Conjunto Maninho Barreto, Santa Paula, Primeira Lagoa, Tamanduá. Massaranduba, Primavera, Santa Águeda I, Tabuão, além do Conjunto Barretão e na Escola Municipal José Venâncio.
A lista faz parte da primeira fase do programa e atenderá, preferencialmente, locais sem rede de internet, seja móvel ou celular. “A chegada do programa em Ceará-Mirim é essencial. Recebemos a informação do ministro Fábio Faria que seremos beneficiados e isso nos deixou muito felizes”, destaca o prefeito da cidade Júlio Cesar Câmara.
Programa Wi-FI Brasil
O programa Wi-Fi Brasil tem duas vertentes:
O Wi-Fi Brasil (GESAC – Ponto de Internet): instalado em locais específicos como instituições públicas, escolas, bibliotecas, telecentros, unidades de saúde, comunidades quilombolas, aldeias indígenas, assentamentos rurais e outros;
O Wi-Fi Brasil (Livre – Inclui roteador Wi-Fi): instalado normalmente em praças públicas com acesso livre e gratuito ao público em geral. O programa é direcionado, prioritariamente, para comunidades em estado de vulnerabilidade social, em todo o Brasil, em locais não atendidos por prestadora de serviço de internet. Os pontos de conexão Wi-Fi Brasil Livre são instalados em locais em que inexista oferta adequada de acesso à internet em banda larga.
