O Governo do Estado realiza o Seminário “16 Dias de Ativismo – RN na luta pelo fim da violência contra as mulheres”, nesta segunda-feira (29), em alusão à campanha internacional. O evento vai contar com a participação da ex-candidata à Presidência Manuela D’Ávila, além da governadora Fátima Bezerra, da promotora Érica Canuto e outras convidadas. Será no auditório da Escola de Governo, no Centro Administrativo, às 14h30.

Em pauta, os diversos tipos de violência de gênero – na política, no ambiente doméstico e familiar, contra mulheres negras, LBTs. A ideia é discutir também as estratégias de enfrentamento pelo Poder Público e sociedade.

O deputado federal, Rafael Motta, esteve na última sexta-feira, 26, visitando o município de Riachuelo, mais precisamente o prefeito da cidade, Joca Basílio. Junto com a vice-prefeita Clébia, Rafael conversou com secretários municipais e vereadores.

“Aproveitando a visita, estive em algumas obras em andamento na cidade. Praça, hospital e o campo de futebol foram alguns dos locais. Agradeço a atenção de todos. Em breve retorno ao município”, comentou Rafael.

A Polícia Civil do Rio Grande do Norte (PCRN) participou, na última sexta-feira (26), de uma audiência pública, promovida pela Câmara Municipal de Campo Grande, para tratar da segurança pública da cidade.

Na oportunidade, foram debatidos pontos importantes como o crescente número de roubos ocorridos na zona rural do município. As forças de segurança pública reafirmaram o combate contínuo ao crime e a busca dos suspeitos, relacionando as ações concretas, adotadas para amenizar o problema.

Participaram da audiência o delegado adjunto da Diretoria de Polícia Civil do Interior (DPCIN), Alex Wagner, o delegado titular da Delegacia Municipal (DM) de Campo Grande, Paulo Nilo, vereadores da cidade e representantes da Polícia Militar do Rio Grande do Norte (PMRN).

A governadora do Rio Grande do Norte, Fátima Bezerra (PT), afirmou nesta segunda-feira (29) que vai decidir sobre a liberação ou não do uso de máscaras, por causa da pandemia da Covid-19, de acordo com o parecer do comitê de especialistas do governo.

“Seguiremos fielmente as recomendações do nosso comitê científico”, declarou.

A fala foi em resposta ao último relatório publicado pelo Laboratório de Inovação em Saúde da UFRN (Lais), que recomendou que o estado desobrigue o uso da proteção em locais abertos quando alcançar 80% da população vacinada.

Em entrevista à Inter TV Cabugi, Fátima Bezerra (PT) afirmou que tem um posicionamento pessoal sobre o assunto, mas aguarda a posição do grupo presidido pelo secretário de Saúde, Cipriano Maia, principalmente após o surgimento da nova variante ômicron.

“Eu vou aguardar a posição do comitê de especialistas. Respeito profundamente o Lais, que tem dado uma contribuição inestimável, basta ver as plataformas RN Mais Vacina e Regula RN. Eu, particularmente, acho que a gente deve ter mais cautela, considerando agora essa nova cepa, ômicron, mas aqui é uma palavra de uma professora. Nesse campo, quem me dá a linha é o comitê local de especialistas”, disse em entrevista ao Bom dia RN, da Inter TV Cabugi.

No fim de setembro, a governadora chegou a afirmar que o estado poderia desobrigar o uso de máscaras em locais abertos a partir de dezembro.

O uso de máscara em locais públicos e privados é obrigatório desde maio de 2020, no Rio Grande do Norte, por causa da pandemia. Desde então, a medida está contida em todas os protocolos publicados pelo governo para retomada das atividades sociais e econômicas.

Apesar do novo cenário e de voltar atrás quanto à liberação das máscaras, o governo deverá manter a liberação dos eventos, como o Carnatal, previsto para dezembro.

“Para acontecerem esses eventos, eles têm que cumprir rigorosamente os protocolos sanitários. A vigilância sanitária vai agir junto com os municípios e com apoio das forças de segurança”, afirmou a governadora.

Fátima ainda afirmou que o estado chegou a 90% da população adulta com pelo menos uma dose de vacina e espera alcançar em breve 80% da população completamente imunizada.

O Cidadania do Rio Grande do Norte realizou o seu Congresso Estadual, no sábado (27), na Câmara Municipal de Natal. O evento, que reuniu filiados, simpatizantes e lideranças políticas de inúmeros partidos, foi marcado pela recondução do ex-deputado Wober Júnior à presidência do diretório do RN.

O discurso de união pelo bem do país foi unânime em todos que ocuparam a tribuna da Câmara. Para o presidente do diretório potiguar e vice-presidente nacional, Wober Júnior, o momento é de apaziguar e reconstruir a esperança: “Precisamos promover uma frente para debater os problemas da nação e do estado, envolvendo aqueles que queiram tirar o país do triste momento em que se encontra. O Cidadania está de braços abertos para acolher os que querem fazer a diferença”.

Dentre os participantes do evento, estiveram o ex-prefeito de Natal, Carlos Eduardo Alves; o prefeito de Ceará-Mirim, Júlio César Câmara; vice-prefeita de Canguaretama, Fátima do Murim; vice-prefeita de Natal, Aila Cortez; o ex-vereador de Natal, Júlio Protásio; os vereadores Gideon Ismaias (Mossoró) e Hermes Câmara (Natal) e os presidentes de diversos diretórios municipais.

Finalmente, o PSDB escolheu João Dória, nas tumultuadas prévias internas, para ser seu candidato à presidência em 2022.

Doria obteve 53,99% dos votos tucanos, derrotando o governador gaúcho Eduardo Leite, que somou 44,66%, e o ex-senador Artur Virgílio, com 1,35%.

A escolha foi feita por 30 mil filiados, que participaram do processo de forma presencial ou remota.

O fato novo traz consequências inevitáveis para a corrida presidencial de 2022.

O PSDB pretende centralizar as discussões sobre a criação de uma candidatura conjunta na terceira via, que seja capaz de fazer frente às campanhas do presidente Jair Bolsonaro e do ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.

Não será fácil atingir esse objetivo.

O acúmulo de conflitos no partido levanta interrogações se a campanha presidencial será capaz de juntar as discordâncias do passado e superar as divisões que alimentaram essas prévias.

O discurso de Dória foi recheado de pesadas críticas cair Bolsonaro, a quem acusou por “negligenciar a vacina”, e o ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, a quem endereçou a fala de que não será complacente com quem “roubou” dinheiro público.

De acordo com a última pesquisa Ipespe (antigo Ibope), tanto Doria como Leite não passam dos 2% das intenções de voto.

O PSDB é o terceiro que mais apoia as pautas do presidente no Congresso e está em vias de sofrer uma debandada de seus parlamentares em abril do próximo ano, quando 13 de seus 33 deputados federais podem deixar a legenda.

O principal motivo é que, sem um palanque presidencial de peso, os tucanos temem dificuldade para se reeleger.

Buscam, assim, legendas de partidos do Centrão, como o PL (que deve receber Bolsonaro nos próximos dias), PP ou PRB.

Outro desafio será a candidatura tucana ganhar espaço no cenário nacional.

Com a demora na definição, o PSDB acabou vendo o crescimento da pré-candidatura de Sérgio Moro.

O ex-juiz disputa no mesmo campo da chamada terceira via e aspira apoio também no eleitorado de centro, centro-direita e direita (especialmente nos desapontados com o governo Bolsonaro).

Em termos realistas e sem histerismos, é ainda a confiável pesquisa do IPESPE desta semana, quem mostra o cenário real e atual do país: Lula (PT) com 42%; Presidente Jair Bolsonaro com 27% teve queda de 3 pontos mas segue em segundo lugar.

Na pesquisa sobre a avaliação do governo de Jair Bolsonaro, 63% dos entrevistados disseram desaprovar a gestão, contra 31% que aprovam.

Percebe-se a olho nu a queda vertiginosa de apoio popular do presidente Bolsonaro.

Não se diga que há apoio silencioso à Bolsonaro.

Os seus seguidores fanáticos não conhecem o termo “silencio”, a partir das campanhas diárias nas redes sociais.

O mesmo acontece com os adeptos de Lula.

Portanto, os números da pesquisa refletem o quadro real.

Quem quiser tem o direito de enganar-se e negar a realidade de hoje, o que não impede mudanças ao longo da campanha..

Como este senário, a “terceira via” teria que unir-se para aspirar chegar ao segundo turno.

O esfacelamento de votos entre Doria, Moro, Mandetta, Ciro, Rodrigo Pacheco, Simone Tebet favorece a dupla Lula e Bolsonaro, no confronto final da eleição.

As eufóricas demonstrações promovidas pelos adeptos demonstram que o presidente conserva realmente o apoio da sua base “radical” e apenas alguns moderados, mostrados nas pesquisas.

As sucessivas crises e comportamentos despropositados fragilizam o presidente, ninguém duvide.

Por seu turno, Lula não passa de 40% de apoio. Não será suficiente para ele ganhar.

Corre ainda ao risco de divisões com candidatos de esquerda.

Ao elogiar ditaduras sul-americanas, afastou-se do centro democrático.

O caminho do sucesso para a terceira via seria um nome aglutinador e de credibilidade.

Mas parece difícil.

Sobretudo, agora que João Dória quer forçar a sua candidatura, que não tem essas características.

Tudo leva a crer que o Brasil no segundo turno de 2022 estará entregue ao imponderável.
